The secret (or maybe not so “secret”) to our success is attracting and keeping experienced, well trained and talented professional translators who work with you to get your point across.
We maintain a proprietary database with detailed profiles of literally thousands of approved translators. Our approval process includes vetting resume/CV entries, calling references and noting any specific experience that the individual translator may possess. After this initial screening, several test translations are issued to determine translation level, quality and specific strengths. Lazar only employs linguists deemed to be “excellent” by our management, translation and proofreading staff. |
